I. GENERAL TERMS
- By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.
- You understand you are being sent a digital product that is not shipped. You will receive a temporarily downloadable file by the preferred and available file hosting service of choice.
- Any personal information that may be shared during the transaction process will be kept strictly confidential by both parties.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
- You will only contact me through email or the communication service we agree on. (Do not mention me in social media or unrelated accounts for business matters.)II. PAYMENT
- Payments are received through PayPal. (All prices are in USD.)
- No refunds after payment has been sent.
- Payments are 100% upfront.III. PROCESS
- There is no established deadline for the work unless discussed with the artist beforehand.
- I will only deliver the final product. Please do not contact me for progress or WIP.IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. (The illustration was made by me, you can't put your watermark or enter it into a contest, etc.)
- Commissioned works are for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise priorly.
- A commercial license comes with an extra cost.
- Proper credit is required in all situations.V. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
- If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
- Delivered work is final. Any change comes with a cost and must be presented as a new commission.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed prior to the commission.

Once you get a confirmation from me, make the accorded payment and work will start.
Q: What should I include in my request?
A: Character to draw (with reference images if it’s an OC), and optionally pose, situation, or expression. Anything you leave blank I'll assume it's up to my interpretation so make sure you include everything you want.Q: What types of drawings do you accept?
A: I draw humans and humanoid characters only. No furry, or hyper-detailed realism.Q: Do you draw NSFW?
A: No explicit NSFW. The most I can do are erotic or suggestive poses (swimsuits or underwear).Q: How many revisions do I get?
A: No revisions. Please make sure to provide clear references and instructions before I start. Take your timeQ: How do I pay?
A: Full payment upfront only through Paypal, Ko-fi, or crypto (only BTC or ETH)Q: Do you do refunds?

A: Average delivery:
- PFP / Emote: 3–5 days
- Character Illustration: 7–10 days
- Poster / Full Illustration: 14+ days
